The JET Band and Color Guard Boosters are dedicated team of parents and volunteers who:

• Provide essential logistical, financial, and emotional support
• Fuel student success through meals, transportation, equipment, and fundraising
• Create a nurturing environment where students can thrive artistically, academically, and personally
• Model service, leadership, and Mustang pride in action

Raptor Registration is Open!

As a reminder, Katy ISD requires all volunteers—whether serving on or off campus, during or outside school hours—to renew/create their registration each school year through the Raptor security system.

Volunteer Committee Descriptions

There's so many ways you can help out the JET Band! Below are just a few of our parent led committees through out the year.

• Chaperones - Accompany and monitor students during contest and game days.
• JET Fuel - Serving food to students before and during contest and game days.
• Loading Crew - Managing the equipment and props during contests and game days.
• Prop Crew - Building, painting, and repairing field props.
• Photography - Taking photos of our band and color guard during practices and events.
• Tide Troopers - Volunteering your washing machine to keep our uniforms clean!
• Bake Sale - Baking items for our annual bake sales.
• Banquets - Planning and execution of year end band events.
• Fundraising Events - Planning and execution of fundraisers through our year.
• Mum-a-mias - Selling, creating and distributing homecoming and senior mums.
• Sewing Circle - Repairing uniforms, flags, and other fabrics items.
• Yearbook - Designing and distrbuting band yearbooks.
• Communications - Designing social media graphics, flyers, and other band communications.
• Medical - Medical support for our band during our events. (RN, EMT, MD or other licensed individuals only)
